Sample Send-In, Pre-Screening
So we can make sure your material is suitable for the sample send-in, we start with a brief pre-screening: a material selection that takes roughly one minute. If the material is eligible, you go straight on to requesting an appointment.
The sample send-in is offered to private clients. Companies, property managers and municipalities we accompany on site, because there the sampling is ours to do; the reason is set out under Solutions for businesses.
Your material looks eligible
Excellent, this material can be safely sampled by you under our guidance. In the 40-minute preparation call for the sample send-in we walk through the process together step by step.
Booking: €70 for the preparation call and handling of up to 4 samples (each further sample +€15), incl. sampling kit (FFP3 mask, coverall, gloves, shipping envelope). Lab costs separate at cost; in rare cases the laboratory charges up to €30 more per material sample; we pass this on unchanged and let you know in advance. Written protocol optional €90. The result is scientifically sound but of limited use for court or clearance purposes (see T&Cs § 3).
Just send us a message at servus@ungiftig.at: we'll briefly confirm eligibility, send you the booking link, and you'll get a slot within a few working days.
Online booking with instant payment will be enabled shortly.

This material is not suitable for the sample send-in: because it can be brittle, because fibres can be released, or because safe identification is only possible on site. That's not a problem: this is exactly what our regular site inspection is for.
In the site inspection we come to you, identify suspect materials professionally, sample them safely, and discuss the results with you.
Site inspection flat fee: up to 150 m² of floor area €290, banded up to €590 (up to 600 m²), above that on request; incl. sampling and 45-minute result discussion; sample costs separate, laboratory at cost; written protocol optional €90.
