Corporate structure
Ungiftig is organised as two independent companies under the same scientific leadership, working legally, organisationally and operationally independently in their respective markets; the German company is currently in formation.
- Ungiftig FlexCo (Austria) — registered office Neunkirchen, Niederösterreich. Responsible for all services in Austria.
- Ungiftig UG (Germany) — in formation; will be responsible for services in Germany.
Both companies are scientifically led by Dr. Maximilian Mandl (PhD ETH Zürich). Day-to-day management, accounting, tax obligations and contracts are however handled separately by each company under the law of its respective seat.
For you as a client, the telephone number and email address remain unchanged. Currently all invoices are issued by the Ungiftig FlexCo; once the Ungiftig UG is registered, assignments in Germany are invoiced by it.
