What should be analysed
How we do it
For this material we do not offer send-in or a virtual inspection. Sampling carries a fibre or dust risk, so we do it on site.
For companies we offer the on-site deployment only. Send-in and the virtual inspection both rest on the client taking the sample. Where a company's own employees take asbestos samples and may be exposed to asbestos dust in doing so, that is work under the 4th section of the Austrian Grenzwerteverordnung, including instruction before the activity begins (§§ 21 and 25a GKV). So we take the samples ourselves.
For municipalities we offer the on-site deployment only. Send-in and the virtual inspection both rest on the client taking the sample. In public space the people exposed are usually third parties, and the extent, the condition and any fibre release can only be established on location. So we take the samples ourselves.
We assign half or full day in the quote based on the property and distance. Full day: travel both ways.
A sampling location is an outdoor site (e.g. playground), an apartment, or a building storey (unless residential). 2 are included.
